Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation can happen within the same day of the order placement, a 95% advance payment will be refunded if the project has not been started.
  • When it comes to cancelling an ongoing project, whatever the work has been done you need to pay for that.
  • All the refunds will be initiated within 3-7 working days. Any kind of delay in this matter can happen only because of technical difficulties.

  • Gift cards or coupons
  • Downloadable digital products

Refunds

Once you request a refund, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your original method of payment, within 3 to 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
